QuoteFast is operated by an independent UK sole trader. This notice explains how information is handled when you use QuoteFast.
Information you provide
QuoteFast processes the customer enquiry and business context you enter in order to generate a suggested reply. Please avoid entering information that is not needed for this purpose, particularly sensitive personal information.
AI processing
Information submitted to the reply generator is sent to an AI service provider so that QuoteFast can generate the requested draft. AI-generated replies should be reviewed before being sent to customers.
Payments
Payments are processed by SumUp. QuoteFast does not ask you to enter card details directly into the QuoteFast website.
Technical information
Our hosting and service providers may process technical information needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the service.
